Review: My husband has been begging for a wireless charger for his Samsung Galaxy S6. We looked for one at a decent price and almost bought one for around $50. Luckily, I saw the The JuicePad 2.0 Wireless Charging Pad was available for review and decided to give it a try.
For the price, I didn’t expect much. When we received it, I noticed it works with the charger that he uses for his phone. It did come with a charging cord that was a little less than three feet long. It doesn’t include a plug, just the cord. I plugged it in and the charging pad lite up blue. I was really worried that it wouldn’t charge his phone with the Lifeproof case that he has on it, but it did. The JuicePad 2.0 Wireless Charging Pad is very easy to use. The quality is great and it charges pretty fast.
I do have a couple of small complaints. The blue light stays on while the phone is charging. It is very bright and lights up half of our bedroom. I prefer to sleep in pitch black so this posed a little problem. We just laid a handkerchief over it to dim it enough for me to sleep. I also don’t like that when a notification is received while the phone is charging, the charging stops for a second and then starts again. However, it’s not really a big deal.
This is a very good product for the price. I would definitely recommend The JuicePad 2.0 Wireless Charging Pad to anyone that is in the market for a wireless charging pad.
