Review: I’m coming off one of those great highs you get when you read a really great book. The first thing that caught my eye was the green color of the book, it brought out the picture and the words. I was very eye catching and when I read the blurb it was over after that. I have heard people talking about this book and that also made me want to read it.
I really enjoyed each character and getting to know them. Kyter had a rough time growing up and he finally moved away to London and started up a club, named Underground. He is happy until he learns that his mother has been murdered and he goes back to the pack that treated him like he was the devil himself. When he finds out that his father, Barafnir, he is out for vengeance. I can really understand where he is coming from.
Iolanthe is on a mission for a really deadly man. She knows if she can’t come through what will happen to her. No one ever told her she would be working with a really hard headed male. They are both looking for the same artefact but for different reasons. It seems that she is also his eternal mate.
So what can an elf and jaguar do to help the other out? Even though they get to trust each other and want to do what they need to do it will be a hard decision. Kyter knows that if Iolanthe finds out his secret will she still want to be with him?
I can’t wait to read the next book to this series. You just never know what you will read next. The storyline was great and the words just flew off the page. I could see myself liking both characters and I would love to meet them if they were real. So would I recommend this book to anyone? My answer is yes, I would be glad to.
