Leo has put off Eric’s advances for years, but when Leo needs help their normally friendly deals turn a lot more intimate. Eric proposes they take it out in trade. Two nights together and Eric will give Leo all the help he needs to protect his Pride. Leo has a hard time coming to a decision. Sleeping with men just isn’t done and with the moon on the rise, his beast could rip even a vampire like Eric to shreds.

Before he can protest, Eric pushes Leo into unleashing his true desires. Roped and bound, Leo is forced to let go of his preconceived notions of strength and weakness. Leo’s beast, on the other hand, might have other ideas.

Review: I love Ellora’s Cave.  I know I’ve said this before, and I apologize for repeating myself, but it just needs to be said. I think that m/m romance can be so romantic and when these two mix together, I am one happy reviewer.

I think that Ellora’s Cave has high caliber writing. The books that they publish are fresh and exciting and so far I have not been disappointed. I don’t know what it is about m/m romance. Is it the taboo subject? Is it because I’m a woman? Who knows.  I think and I will always think that m/m romance is just romantic and exciting. Two men loving each other, showing and talking about feelings (really, men? strange….), I get caught up in it all and I get all giddy.

If I couldn’t get any happier, this is also a paranormal, m/m romance. I think I’m going to die… ok back to business…

This is a quickie book, it’s only about 31 pages so the story goes quick. I normally don’t care for the really short stories, but I find with Ellora’s Cave that there is a lot of information the reader can gleam from the story, intimacy is already been established so it’s not a problem. I think, with this book, there’s plenty of substance and enough of a story that if left me satisfied with the ending.

Eric is a vampire who has been attracted to Leo for a while. Eric is not exactly big, strong or intimidating, but he has a presence that can’t be denied. He has his ways to get what he wants and doesn’t hesitate to pull out all the stops.

Leo is the big, strong, intimidating leader of his pride. He feels the need to always be strong and capable and in control…….you see where this is going? Leo has a lot to learn about himself and about Eric and how a relationship between the two of them could go. Eric is a willing teacher.

I’m not going to say any more so that the reader will be surprised. It was just so good. I can’t help myself… I needed to gush…
