Months later, he’s stuck in a miserable routine. Work relentlessly. Beg his best friend Rush for news about Harlow. Avoid all other friends. Leave nightly voicemails for Harlow, pleading with her to come back to Rosemary Beach. Fall asleep alone. Repeat.

Miles away, on her brother’s Texas ranch, Harlow can’t bring herself to listen to Grant’s voicemails. Though she wants to be with him, and knows he regrets letting her go, she doesn’t know if she can trust him. When he discovered the truth behind her sheltered upbringing, it shattered their relationship, but the secret she carries now has far greater consequences. Can she risk giving Grant one more chance, or will the gamble ultimately destroy her?

Review:  Holy cow! I loved this book! It’s the first Abbi Glines book I’ve read, and sadly, I missed out on the others in this series, particularly Take A Chance, Harlow and Grant’s first story. But, that certainly didn’t stop me from loving this story with all my heart. I was instantly pulled in to Ms. Glines’ writing style. I loved the whirlwind ride that Harlow, Grant, Mase, Kiro and all the other amazingly created characters took me on.

Grant Carter is an amazing character. He was such a broken soul in the beginning. I felt his heartache and pain right along with him. I mean seriously. My heart felt like it was ripped in two. But, following him on his journey and seeing him grow in his feelings for Harlow, kept me completely gripped the entire time.

Sweet Harlow Manning, bless her, just wanted what was best for everyone. I loved the way Ms. Glines created her tender soul. She was, in my opinion, the perfect match for Grant and I loved every second of their story!

This was an amazing novel of finding love and risking just one more chance to have it, and I am so happy I had the chance to review it. I am absolutely looking forward to going back to the beginning of this series and collecting each and everyone of these stories. There were mentions of events that happened prior and I am anxious to go back and see what that was all about. Well done, on an amazingly written novel, Ms. Glines! Well done!
