Surviving the End of Days was only the beginning of the journey for Nancy. After years of searching, she’s finally found her missing sister, but when she attempts to rescue Robyn, she enters her worst nightmare. Captured by demons and about to be sacrificed, she’s rescued by Asher, whose kindness and bravery arouse her lust, and leave her wanting much more than friendship.Asher has been in love with Nancy since he first laid eyes on her, but her infatuation with another man left him unnoticed. Her sudden craving for him couldn’t turn him on more. Together they find rapture, but the attraction can only be fleeting.

While danger and passion pull them together, doubt may rip them apart. Asher and Nancy will need more than a carnal connection if they hope to survive.

Review: Nancy is looking for her sister who she hasn’t seen in five years. Almost everyone died in the end of days on December 21, 2012. She has always had feelings for Ian even though he is with another woman and she knows there is no chance that he will leave her. Asher has always loved Nancy since the first time he saw her. Only thing is she doesn’t even know he is around until the day she is to be a sacrifice for demons. She starts seeing Asher in a whole new light and realizes she had been hiding her feelings for him.

When I started reading this book I didn’t know that I would be reading about more than demons. There are so many other creatures that the demons has doing his dirty work. I sit and thought what in the world would I do if I seen a tree that gives you orgasms to give life force to the demons so they can be on Earth again? My mind is still trying to process half the stuff that I read in this book. I just couldn’t imagine losing everyone in my family and having to start over with just the few handful of people that had survived the worst thing that had ever happened. It would make it hard to form a relationship because you never knew if you would also lose them to. I can say that this book really made my heart beat speed up.

I had never read a book by this author before so I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. I was taken on an adventure that I loved. Trying to find people while running away from demons. That really got the adrenaline flowing and I could just imagine running away from those flesh crawling demons. I would like to think if this was really happening to me that I could be like Nancy and Asher. I know I would probably the person sitting there screaming while a demon starts coming after me. Even with all this going on they still find time to have hot sex. So this was really an intense read. You could never know what was going to happen next. So nothing was expected.

I would say that if you want a story that has excitement in it then this is the book for you.
