Wrath volunteers to live and work outside Homeland, where he’ll once again be confined in a small space with other males. He was subjected to horrific abuse and conditioning and forced to view endless sex tapes of human females while chained to Mercile’s perverted machines. Wrath knows he’s too dangerous and emotionally damaged to ever be with a female.

Lauren has just been detained by three big, buff, well-armed men-New Species. One of them really catches her eye. He’s tall, sexy and…her new roommate, apparently. Having never met a man this spectacular, she decides to taste every inch of his amazing body. Wrath is definitely open to that plan. The sex is incredible and he gives her everything she needs-but he’ll only go so far. Something is holding him back.

Lauren has to make him unleash his desire and Wrath has to get past his fear if the couple wants any chance at a future together.

Review:  Wrath is the book when I really get to see the harm that Mercile did to the New Species.

Lauren is a woman that is strong and Intelligent. If I was ever kidnapped and had to pick a woman that I wanted to be kidnapped with she is the one I’d pick. She keeps focused and she doesn’t take crap from anyone.

Wrath suffered a lot through Mercile. He took a job to get the people that worked for them. He decides that he will never take a mate or have sex with a female again. He can never trust himself to not harm a female and he believes that he needs pain when he gets off.

Lauren is mistaken for a girlfriend of one of the workers that worked for Mercile. New Species try to scare her to get her to give them information. One species that suffered a lot from Mercile is Vengeance. They killed his mate and he wants to force mate Lauren.

I feel really sorry for all the pain that they have had to suffer from Mercile. I hope that they give them all the help they need to be able to live and not hurt anyone because of everything that they had to live through.

I just couldn’t imagine what my mind would be like if I was chained to walls, forced to mate, and given drugs to cause all kinds of effects.

Lauren really helps Wrath in a lot of ways. She helps him believe in himself and to trust that he can keep himself under control. I love seeing the feelings between human females and New Species. You find out that there are good and bad in each one.

I love reading books that give me new ways to look at things. Nothing is ever the way it seems and don’t judge people by how they look. Everyone is different. I’m learning so much by reading the New Species series. I’m off for the next adventure.
