Romancing the Blog: Arianne Cruz

Welcome to day 2 of our Romancing the Blog event.  Today we welcome Arianne Cruz to RtB.  Please give her a warm welcome.  And at the end of her interview, we do have a contest that is running throughout the event.

Jen: What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a part of the blogging community?
Arianne: Free books, awesome virtual friends, meeting amazing authors, and just the feeling of accomplishment when I saw my blog take off and even with just one or two dedicated readers, it makes me feel like I did something good.

Jen: Do you have any news about your blog that you’d like to share with us?
Arianne:  I just recently partnered up with a fellow blogger to join her in her adult blog. My blog is focused more on what I like, but also those that are age appropriate because I am aware that I have a lot of young readers as well as adult readers. I’m really excited to be able to contribute to her blog because I love reading adult fiction; I just don’t want them in my main blog.

Jen: Will you tell us a little more about the people behind the blog?
Arianne: I am a college student with one more semester to go until I graduate in December. I’m excited but also terrified. I’m starting to figure it out this summer by putting together the materials that I will need to follow my career. What career is that, you may ask? Well, I want to make it as an actor in Hollywood one day. I truly enjoy acting and the feeling that I get when I see the finished product.

Jen: Is there anything you’d like to ask our readers?
Arianne: What is your one big dream and how do you plan to pursue it?

  1. I hope you make it big in Hollywood and end up in a Vampire Academy movie so I can meet whoever plays Adrian! LOL I had to work that in there. Ending college is scary. I want to go back. It was fun except for the tests and homework. I honestly still have no idea what my big dream or big plan is. Just enjoying myself for now.

Fun post. Do you think about casting actors in the books you’re reading? I’d like to travel around the world. Not sure how to do that yet.

    • weirdly enough, I don’t ever cast actors in books that I love. I just don’t see any actors. I picture them myself – mostly without a face lol

Good luck with your dream of acting Arianne. My daughter has the same dream, only for Broadway. Mine is to travel extensively since my kids are all grown with their own families except for the youngest who has the dream of acting.

  4. It is March 25, 2016 when I’m writing this comment and it’s crazy how things have changed in 4 years… My answers would be different now… 🙂 thanks again for featuring me on your blog in 2012.
