Courtney: I live in North Idaho with my husband and two daughters. I have always loved to read romance and erotica and started writing it when I was 18. I absolutely love everything about it and am always hopeful that my readers will get as much joy out of reading it as I got writing it.
Courtney: Green Embrace is a paranormal FF that is part of a series I have been writing. This is #6 in the series and the first FF. In this story a half witch-half Animal Elf who is being held captive contacts a witch through astral projection to gain her aid in escape. Their interactions through this astral projection are heated and when they meet for real their passion continues. This book and the whole series can be found at http://www.extasybooks.com
Courtney: I enjoyed writing at a young age. The first time I can remember really writing something I loved was in eighth grade, it was a Halloween story. I started reading a lot of romance after that and my thoughts for stories turned in that direction though I do still love writing a little horror sometimes. I was first published when I was 22 but didn’t really find my niche until I got into epublishing a few years later.
Courtney: My grandfather on my dad’s side loved to write. He wrote short stories and poems and one novel that was never published and unfortunately has been lost among the family. I hope someday it surfaces I would love to read it.
Courtney: I go with the flow. Plotting too much is an inhibitor for me and so I usually start writing and see where it takes me.
Courtney: I don’t except in my series, Immortal Council Series. This is a paranormal erotica theme and the characters are seen throughout.
Courtney: For Green Embrace I didn’t have to do any research.
Courtney: I look names up online usually. Search through baby name databases. Sometimes I ask on Twitter for name suggestions.
Jen: If Green Embrace was made into a movie, which actors would you cast as the main characters?
Courtney: I would caste Megan Fox as Ever and Jennifer Tilly as Selene.
Courtney: Nothing too exciting I like to sit down with a glass of wine, though I do that most nights anyway.
Courtney: I would love to be able to just write and not work another job as well. Someday I hope!
Courtney: I am starting another series actually at the moment. This will be a contemporary FF series.
